Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and result-driven Business Unit Head to lead and manage complete operations of a Home Textile Manufacturing division. The role involves overseeing production sales supply chain finance performance and overall P&L responsibility to drive growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership experience in home textiles (bedsheets towels curtains upholstery etc.) and a proven track record in scaling business operations
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end business operations of the Home Textile unit
Drive revenue growth profitability & market expansion
Handle full P&L responsibility
Oversee production planning & manufacturing efficiency
Manage domestic & export sales strategies
Ensure quality standards and compliance
Optimize supply chain & cost control measures
Lead cross-functional teams (Production Sales Finance HR)
Develop long-term business strategies and expansion plans
Strengthen key client & distributor relationships
