About the Role

The Accounts & Administration Executive will ensure smooth office operations accurate financial record-keeping and effective coordination with internal teams vendors and service partners. This role is enhanced to align with Pixii Indias growing technical and operational ecosystem ensuring proactive support to field teams service partners and management.



Key Responsibilities

Accounting Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Finance & Accounts consultant for updating monthly accounts and financial statements
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing company payments in a systematic and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including income expenses daily transactions cash book bank book and ledgers.
  • Prepare and issue invoices bills credit/debit notes and follow up on receivables and vendor payments.
  • Prepare monthly reports and support monthly quarterly and annual closing activities.
  • Coordinate with finance auditors maintain compliance documentation and support GST/TDS-related activities.
  • Prepare MIS reports to support management decision-making.
  • Coordinate with Norway Finance team.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations including vendor coordination and procurement of office supplies.
  • Maintain office records employee documentation HR support files and administrative logs.
  • Coordinate travel logistics meeting scheduling and communication support for internal departments.
  • Ensure all administrative activities align with company standards for efficiency professionalism and accuracy.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 34 Years relevant experience is required.
  • Bachelors degree in Commerce Accounting Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel MS Word Powerpoint email handling.
  • Proficiency in AI tools
  • Good understanding of accounting principles administrative workflows and documentation handling.
  • Strong organizational communication and multitasking capability.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a structured and professional manner.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problemsolving and coordination skills.
