The Administration & Finance Analyst is responsible for performing key financial analysis supporting month-end close activities and ensuring accurate financial reporting. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure the integrity of financial data assist with budgeting and forecasting processes and contribute to financial statement preparation and analysis.
Job Purpose
- Process invoices to customers and follow up of payment receivables. E-invoicing submission.
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are properly recorded
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Update accounts payable and perform account reconciliations
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Assist with reviewing of expenses accounting records amortizations bank reconciliations and other accounting matters as assigned
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed (focus on client and vendor account statements GST & TDS local taxes fillings)
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closing
- Assist in the completion of external and internal audits
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Experience as a junior accountant (1-3 years).
- Strong organizational skills proven track record of quality accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel) and familiarity with ERP software (SAP)
- Qualifications (ACA ACCA or equivalent) is a plus but not required
- BSc/Ba in accounting finance or relevant field
