Job Summary
- 15 years experience as a senior project manager leading information technology projects in a healthcare environment. Experience should include reporting progress to senior clinical management and ensuring the safe implementation of software solutions in a clinical environment.
- 7 years experience as a senior project manager implementing or upgrading the Sunrise Altera suite of products in an acute care environment. Experience should include coordinating implementation with clinical resources and management and ensuring that all staff are adequately prepared for the new system.
- 15 years experience as a senior project manager leading the planning and implementation of the testing of the integration of healthcare information systems using the Health Level 7 (HL7) standard.
- 5 years experience defining business cases for new initiatives and developing indicators for evaluating solution options to guide decision-making.
- 5 years experience as a senior project manager leading the implementation of a healthcare information system to be deployed on a provincial or state-wide level. Experience should include developing operational and clinical requirements for the standardization of clinical services.
- 3 years experience as a senior project manager implementing supply chain management solutions in a healthcare setting. Experience should include reducing clinical risk and increasing efficiency by automating and optimizing the clinical supply chain.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or Management
- Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification
- Valid PROSCI (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification
