Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with 24 years of experience in the Qatar real estate sector. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of accounting principles property-related transactions and local financial regulations. Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations and general ledger entries
Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
Manage rental income tracking and tenant accounts
Prepare invoices receipts and payment vouchers
Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
Ensure compliance with Qatar financial regulations and company policies
Coordinate with auditors when required

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
24 years of accounting experience in Qatar (real estate sector preferred)
Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems
Strong knowledge of VAT and local compliance requirements
Proficient in MS Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Immediate joiner preferred
