Job Summary

Prepare and analyze financial statements budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements in GCC jurisdictions
Manage cost accounting job costing and project profitability analysis for construction projects
Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to monitor project spend and financial performance
Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve financial outcomes
Support audit processes and maintain accurate up-to-date financial records

Requirements

Professional certification (CPA ACCA CMA) is a plus

Experience in Construction industries in GCC is a must.

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
Professional certification (CPA ACCA CMA) is a strong advantage
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance roles within the construction industry
Proven experience working in GCC countries with in-depth knowledge of local tax labor and financial regulations
Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
