Job Summary
- Oversee financial reporting budgeting and forecasting for construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards across GCC jurisdictions.
- Analyze project costs monitor variances and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to support financial planning and execution.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely preparation of financial statements.
- Support audits and external reporting requirements with precision and professionalism.
Requirements
Professional certification (CPA ACCA CMA) is a plus
Experience in Construction industries in GCC is a must.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Professional certification (CPA ACCA CMA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance roles within the construction industry.
- Proven experience working in GCC countries with knowledge of local financial regulations and practices.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
