Supply Chain Specialist (Entry-Level or Associate)

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Supply Chain Specialists (Entry-Level or Associate) to join our team in Ridley Park PA.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Entry-Level and Associate Level Supply Chain Specialists.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Determines correct supply source to release MSMS orders identified by team

  • Works with scheduling or any capacity/sales order issues

  • Collaborates with buyers shop focals etc. for updates on supply source status.

  • Directs and performs all expedite activities and delivery recoveries in support of AM for Spare requirements

  • Identifies and resolves customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies

  • Works with and follow up to post awards/buyers to ensure PR to PO to delivery

  • Monitors GRIEF system PR Constraints and various reports to ensure parts flow through systems and remove road blocks

  • Looks up and identifies export information for shippers

  • Releases shippers to GXO for shipment to Program

  • Identifies Supply Chain alternatives to resolve obsolescence issues

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in Supply Chain

  • Experience working in a cross-functional team i.e. collaboration with varying technical disciplines clearly communicating up and down the food chain does not require micro-management can give and take orders etc.)

  • Experience do you have analyzing data and/or identifying functional and systems requirements with customers

Typical Education/Experience:

Entry-Level (Level 1)

Related work experience relevant military experience or advanced degree preferred but not required.

Associate (Level 2)

Typically 3 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor Master etc.) preferred but not required.
