The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Supply Chain Specialists (Entry-Level or Associate) to join our team in Ridley Park PA.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Entry-Level and Associate Level Supply Chain Specialists.
Position Responsibilities:
Determines correct supply source to release MSMS orders identified by team
Works with scheduling or any capacity/sales order issues
Collaborates with buyers shop focals etc. for updates on supply source status.
Directs and performs all expedite activities and delivery recoveries in support of AM for Spare requirements
Identifies and resolves customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies
Works with and follow up to post awards/buyers to ensure PR to PO to delivery
Monitors GRIEF system PR Constraints and various reports to ensure parts flow through systems and remove road blocks
Looks up and identifies export information for shippers
Releases shippers to GXO for shipment to Program
Identifies Supply Chain alternatives to resolve obsolescence issues
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience in Supply Chain
Experience working in a cross-functional team i.e. collaboration with varying technical disciplines clearly communicating up and down the food chain does not require micro-management can give and take orders etc.)
Experience do you have analyzing data and/or identifying functional and systems requirements with customers
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Typical Education/Experience:
Entry-Level (Level 1)
Related work experience relevant military experience or advanced degree preferred but not required.
Associate (Level 2)
Typically 3 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor Master etc.) preferred but not required.
