Role Overview

WeareseekinganexperiencedProductCategoryManagerThermostaticControltojoinourteam. This role is open to candidates across Europe and can be based in any country where we have a legal entity

As a ProductCategoryManageryouwillberesponsiblefordefiningandexecutingtheglobalstrategyfor theThermostaticControlCategorywithinthe overall Portfoliostrategy.This includes managing the entire product lifecycle driving innovation based on market and customer insights and ensuring alignment with businessobjectivesand market trends. The Product Category Manager works cross-functionally tooptimizeportfolio performance margin and market share.

What Youll Do

  • Define and execute the global category strategy aligned with portfolio and business objectives
  • Own the full product lifecycle from early ideation through launch and phaseout
  • Optimize portfolio performance including revenue margin market share and SKU complexity
  • Use customer market and competitive insights to drive customerled innovation
  • Translate insights into clear product roadmaps features and value propositions
  • Partner with Sales and customers to build strong market understanding and support key accounts
  • Support gotomarket activities including valuebased pricing positioning and launches
  • Collaborate closely with R&D Engineering Operations Supply Chain Sales and Marketing
  • Contribute to forecasting and planning through market intelligence and volume projections

Key Competencies

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Electrical Mechatronics or a related engineering field (or equivalent experience)
  • Extensive experience in product management portfolio management technical sales or related roles ideally within HVAC hydronic or fluid control industries
  • Strong understanding of thermostatic controls hydronic systems and product lifecycle management
  • Commercial mindset with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to turn complexity into clarity
  • Excellent communication and stakeholderinfluencing skills in an international environment
  • Collaborative leadership style and a proactive resultsoriented mindset
  • Fluency in English German is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to customers sites and industry events
