About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Branch Manager the Store Operations Manager - Bendigo is responsible for the safe efficient and effective running of store and warehouse operations. Youll oversee dispatch receiving inventory accuracy team leadership and customer service across a dynamic wholesale environment with many moving parts.

This is a frontline leadership role where youll manage supervisors and operational team members build strong relationships with internal and external partners and drive operational excellence across the branch.

In this Role

• Lead daily store and warehouse operations ensuring accurate and ontime dispatch and high DIFOT performance.
• Oversee receiving stock integrity replenishment and promotional execution.
• Coach develop and support supervisors and operational team members.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS COR Food Safety and HACCP requirements.
• Build positive relationships with customers suppliers transport partners and internal teams.
• Support achievement of financial targets operational efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Youre Likely a Match If

• Experience in a similar role with excellent knowledge of wholesale / retail Supermarkets operations within grocery /Confectionery or Hospitality (Supermarkets Foodservice & Liquor) industry
• Ability to lead teams coach supervisors and manage performance
• Strong understanding of safety compliance (WHS COR Food Safety HACCP)
• Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
• Operational knowledge including warehouse/dispatch processes and WMS systems
• Commercial acumen forecasting and planning capability and problemsolving skills
