What part do you play
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team! You will work alongside the Partnership Manager and other Community Facilitators based on site in Morwell working closely with the local community building relationships and understanding the needs of families to find better ways of connecting services to needs. This role connects the dots! You will play an important role in ensuring these families have access to the best support to ensure they succeed in life.
Who are you
You will thrive in this role if you are a natural relationship builder passionate about bringing positive change to children and families. You will build trust with our partners and with families to ensure you are able to effectively support and discuss their needs. You will also be capturing evidence running reports and making sure documentation is completed paying close attention to detail.
What does a typical day look like
