Job Responsibilities:
Manage endtoend crossborder operations including forecasting capacity sourcing scheduling and proactive tracking.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors carriers customers and internal teams.
Ensure full visibility of shipment status and resolve operational issues promptly.
Handle administrative tasks such as ontime billing shipment closure and dispute resolution.
Provide consistent and timely communication with customers and partners in both English and Spanish.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in crossborder operations (mandatory).
Background in freight forwarding or logistics companies.
Advanced English level for daily communication with U.S.-based customers providers and peers.
Strong understanding of carrier management shipment visibility tools forecasting and administrative closing.
Excellent communication problem-solving and decisionmaking skills.
Strong organization and timemanagement capabilities.
