Job Responsibilities:

• • Manage endtoend crossborder operations including forecasting capacity sourcing scheduling and proactive tracking.

  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors carriers customers and internal teams.

  • Ensure full visibility of shipment status and resolve operational issues promptly.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as ontime billing shipment closure and dispute resolution.

  • Provide consistent and timely communication with customers and partners in both English and Spanish.

What Were Looking For:

• • Proven experience in crossborder operations (mandatory).

  • Background in freight forwarding or logistics companies.

  • Advanced English level for daily communication with U.S.-based customers providers and peers.

  • Strong understanding of carrier management shipment visibility tools forecasting and administrative closing.

  • Excellent communication problem-solving and decisionmaking skills.

  • Strong organization and timemanagement capabilities.
