As a Project Manager you will lead the successful and timely delivery of multiple projects at a time. You will work closely with various teams across Karya including technology design operations sales and finance to define project scope develop project plans and manage project timelines and budgets. As a PM you will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering value to our clients and communities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine and define clear deliverables roles and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiatives
- Analyze plan and develop requirements tasks and SLAs (service level agreements) in reference to assigned projects
- Hold regular meetings with technology design operations sales and impact teams to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects to ensure on-time deliverables
- Lead budget and resource allocation through all project phases
- Serve as the final point of accountability on assigned projects
- Generate regular reports to update leadership internal stakeholders and clients on project timelines
- Conduct retrospectives towards the end of the project and identify areas of improvement for future projects
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written) for stakeholder management and team collaboration
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
- Comfort and experience with technology to foresee challenges and ensure that the technological vision aligns with the projects objectives
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes strategies and methods
