About the Role
As an Assistant Manager within the Total Rewards team you will play a key role in shaping EYs employee experience by supporting the design delivery governance and continuous improvement of our benefits wellbeing programmes and recognition framework. Working within the wider Total Rewards team you will collaborate with Talent the business external partners to ensure EYs offering remains competitive and meaningful for our people.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive peoplefocused and highly organised with a passion for enhancing the employee value proposition and driving engagement.
