About the role:

The Executive Producer will help drive the growth and delivery ofour shoot discipline within Oliver/ role requires a deep understanding of production consultancy creative development shoot management production&post productionservicesand distribution across all media. The role involves working collaboratively with partner agencies in a decoupled environment as well as fostering good relationships with client-side procurement and production oversight.

TheExec Produceris responsible forleading the current team of shoot producers forour origination team. This person should aim to support theteamensure they are delivering to the right process/workflow depending on the outputs required and keep the team high-performing and at capacity asto deliver on ourteamsKPIs. They may also be expected to involve themselves in producing thework whererequired andworkalongside our existing talented producers to drive a project from brief to delivery.

Theywilloverseea team of 8adhochub producers and a growing network of onsite production people. They will ensure that these producers arecosting andrunning their jobs to the Creative Shoot standards across allphasespf production & deliveryensuring thework is hitting our creative standards butis delivered on time and on budget ensuring agency and client requirements are met.

They will work with the client and internal teams to schedule projects andresourceand will helpevolve our global network ofproduction partnersto fulfill projects to the highest standards.

They will havestrong experienceof Print Digital Filmand TVdisciplines and work hand in hand with these depts.They will collaborate with the Group Head on the vision & strategy for our production discipline globally ensuring we arecutting edgein the bespoke solutions we provide for our clients.

This will be a very client facing role so confidence in presenting our work our vision and our approach will be essential tosuccess.Confidence in navigating complex client and agency landscapes and the ability to engage in nuanced conversations at procurement level isa must.

What you will be doing:

  • Staying true to the creative visionof our productions.
  • Building strong relationships of trust with the producers & production people that they are leading.
  • Proactively engage and inspire our creative teams. Craft a sense of community between creative and production leads.
  • Supporting a strong and robust vision for production and its delivery within our network.
  • Building excellent working knowledge of the brands we deliver production for and strong working relationships with both our internal and external stakeholders.
  • Owningthe responsibility for productions across the teamfrom Brief to Fulfillment.
  • Liaise with clientsas a key production consultant especiallywhen deciding and triaging briefs for the best options on production execution.
  • Defining andfacilitatingcross-discipline integrated shoot solutions for multiple client stakeholders.
  • Effectively liaising with theClientCreative Account Managementand Production stakeholdersto fully understand the requirements expectations and visionofeachproductionraisinginatimelymanneranypotentialissuesrelatingtocostorcreative.
  • Solid internal and external resourcing of producers and production supportto ensure efficient production execution andabalanced allocation of workload.
  • Delegating work toProducers / Productionsupportand supervising their work to ensure they have a clear understanding of what isrequired ofthem and thattheyaredeliveringworktotheexpectedstandardwithinthesetdeadlines.
  • Guiding and advisingproduction teamson the coordination of crew talent location and alllogisticsfor ashoot as.
  • Keeping abreast of any legal developments or changes that may create compliance issues for shoots and ensure any issues are raised to Senior Management.
  • Provide job& financialreporting to Senior Management on a regular basis to ensure projectsare running correctlyto budget and schedule.
  • Work with management to develop and implement systems and procedures that support our network of Producers and ensure excellent delivery.
  • Leadinspireand motivate a strong and coordinated production team.
  • Ensure reconciliations are completedin a timely manner(typically within 28 days of job completion).
  • Supply weekly progress reports to theHOP.
  • Communicate with the Finance Department to ensure cash flow on jobs is managed appropriately.
  • To work side by side with theHOP insurance partners legal advisors and Finance Director on all contractual negotiations and ensuring the company and its productions are financially sound and legally compliant.
  • Provide production leadership across marquee accounts and projects.
  • Provide productionexpertiseon new business pitches as well as guiding internal teams on Production components within these pitches.
  • Have a strong understanding of ourclientsbusinesses and their communicationobjectives.
  • Work closely with teams to push production boundaries enhance ourreputationand contribute to the development oflong lastingclient relationships.
  • Proactively engage in opportunities for your career growth.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • 8 years experienceofmanaging high performing teams withina Creative Events orProduction Agency withexcellentindustryknowledgeof print digital and TV production.
  • The ability to manage a heavy workload under pressure by effectivelyprioritisingplanningaheadand overseeing multiple tasks at any onetime.
  • Drive efficiency and creative excellenceat all times.
  • The ability to effectively guide and delegate work toother members of the production team.
  • Strongtrack recordin executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Used toleveragingthe experience of Print / Digital / TV Producers as part ofa holistic approachto campaign execution.
  • PreviousExperience of Resource and Production services sourcing.
  • The ability toanalyseinterpretand explain statistical information.
  • Anticipate both risks and opportunities mitigating orcapitalisingupon them asappropriate.
  • Understand industry trends and have the instinct to grasp and funnel emerging opportunities.
  • Understand production workflows and client expectations.
  • Be sociable positiveresourcefulandcommercially-minded.
