Job Summary

About the Opportunity

As a Paid Media Executive you will be responsible for owning & managing our full paid media strategy across Paid Search Paid Social & Display focusing on driving customer acquisition / retention revenue growth & efficiency across Frasers Group US brands - Everlast Worldwide and The Webster.

You will lead the planning execution optimisation and reporting of all performance marketing campaigns which includes a blend of performance-led mid/upper funnel brand awareness & membership/lead gen activity.

Key Responsibilities

    • Execute paid social and paid search campaigns across platforms such as Meta TikTok and Google Ads and ensure campaigns align with brand objectives seasonal priorities and marketing calendars.
    • Monitor campaign performance daily adjusting bids budgets and targeting to maximise ROAS.
    • Implement A/B testing for creative copy and audience segments to improve results.
    • Analyse key metrics including CTR CPC/M ROAS and conversion rates and deliver regular performance reports with actionable recommendations for growth.
    • Support affiliate marketing activity through partner coordination and campaigns.
    • Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure paid media supports overall brand strategy and coordinate with creative teams for ad assets and messaging consistency.

Qualifications :

Skills & Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience across paid media channels (PPC & Paid Social) ideally with a mix of performance-focused and creative campaign execution (*experience in US market and retail preferred but not essential)
    • Hands-on experience with paid social and paid search platforms (Meta Ads Manager Google Ads).
    • Knowledge of search & social media platforms (Google Instagram Facebook and TikTok) their advertising tools and best practices.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data detect optimisation opportunities and apply them.
    • Excellent organisational interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
    • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance.
    • Genuine passion for performance marketing and desire to grow in your career.
