CGS is seeking a skilledOSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst Subject Matter Expertto support routine Special Access Program (SAP) and compartmented projects operations and exercises for all intelligence thisroleyouroverall support will include conducting OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources toidentifypatterns and provide intelligence willalsobe responsible forcreating collection plans draftingOpen SourceIntelligence Reports (OSIRs) and supporting OSINT analytic production requirements.

Skills and attributes for success:

- Conduct OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources toidentifypatterns and provide intelligence requirements.

- Create collection plans draftOpen SourceIntelligence Reports (OSIRs) and supportOSINT analytic production requirements.

- Contribute to OSIR quality reviews and language-based insights andexpertise.

- Ensure all reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements.

Qualifications:

- Eight (8) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.

- Three (3) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations intelligence operations kinetic/non-kinetic targeting and/or HUMINT lead development.

- Experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties ( translating and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI social media or news sources) will not be considered equivalentexperience).

- Two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction.

- Advancedproficiencyin the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools databases and repositories as well as analytic and targetingmethodology.

- Advancedproficiencywith the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools databases and repositories as well as OSINT research andmethodology and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media the internet commercially available data and deep/dark web data sources)

- Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities regulations and policy.

- Superior written communications skills andproficiencywith the Microsoft Office suite of applications.

- Superior verbal briefing skills withdemonstratedhistory of briefing at the O5/GS14level.

- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
