プリンシパルテクニカルコンサルタントはWorkdayの導入プロジェクトにおいて複雑な技術的課題を解決し高度なソリューション設計と開発を主導する上級の専門家ですクライアントと密接に連携しビジネス要件をWorkdayの技術的ソリューション統合データ変換レポートセキュリティ設定などに落とし込みプロジェクトの成功とクライアントの満足度を最高レベルで達成することに貢献しますまた社内外のジュニアコンサルタントに対する指導的役割も担います

About the Role

1.システム間でのデータ連携ソリューションの要件定義設計開発

Workdayのデータ連携機能に関する専門知識を活かし顧客および外部ベンダーの要件を満たすソリューションを設計開発導入いただきます
データ連携に関するWorkdayのセキュリティの設計を行いデータ機密性とコンプライアンスの遵守を支援します

2. プロジェクトリーダーシップとアドバイザリー

リーダーとしてプロジェクトチームを牽引しプロジェクトのタイムラインと品質基準の達成を確実なものにします
顧客のエグゼクティブレベルのステークホルダーや技術チームに対しWorkdayデータ連携の専門家としてWorkdayデータ連携ソリューションのベストプラクティスや技術的な観点からのアドバイスを提供します
導入計画要件定義設計開発テスト本番移行といったソフトウェア導入の全ライフサイクルにおける技術的な側面を実行支援します
リスクと依存関係を予測し技術的な問題を主体的に解決してプロジェクトの成功を支援します

3. 品質保証と知識移転

開発されたソリューションのテスト単体テスト結合テストUATサポートを支援し仕様に対する正確性と整合性を検証します
顧客の技術チームに対しWorkdayソリューションの運用保守に関するトレーニングドキュメント作成および知識移転を実施し自立を支援します

4. 専門知識の向上と指導

Workdayの最新の機能テクノロジーベストプラクティスについて常に最新の知識を維持し社内での専門知識の向上に貢献します
ジュニアコンサルタントやシニアコンサルタントに対してメンターとしてのサポートも行っていただきます

About You

必須要件

技術コンサルティング給与人事を繋ぐシステム間連携もしくはそれに類似する実装経験
WebサービスSOAP/RESTXML/XSLTSQLETLツールなどの技術に対する高度な理解
データ変換およびセキュリティの設計に関する豊富な経験
要件定義から実際の導入を含むソフトウェア開発ライフサイクルSDLCに関する知識
データ精度プログラムロジックにまたがる技術的課題を分析診断解決する能力
顧客の技術チームおよび非技術的なビジネスユーザーとの間で技術的概念を簡潔に伝える口頭および書面によるコミュニケーション能力
複数の社内外のプロジェクトを同時に管理実行できる能力

歓迎要件

JavaScriptを利用したプログラミング経験
Workday認定資格IntegrationHCMFinancialsなどを保有していること
Workdayの導入プロジェクトにおけるテクニカルコンサルタントとしての5年以上の経験または類似する分野における経験
Workday StudioEIBCore ConnectorsReport WriterなどのWorkday統合技術に関する専門知識や実務経験
Workday HCMFinancialsなどの機能領域のいずれかまたは複数の領域における技術的知識
Payrollソリューションの導入経験
プロジェクトマネージャーまたはリーダーとしての実務経験
