We are expanding our wellness team and inviting skilled Massage Therapists to join us. Whether you specialise in one modality or offer a combination of techniques we would love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Massage Therapist at Elysia Wellness Retreat you will deliver exceptional treatments in a peaceful guestcentred environment. Your role will include:
- Providing highquality massage treatments tailored to individual guest needs
- Offering personalised guidance to support guests wellness goals
- Using your expertise to recommend appropriate treatments and enhancements
- Contributing to a warm nurturing and safe environment for guests
- Upholding the retreats standards of professionalism care and holistic wellbeing
- Supporting the spa team by contributing to a positive collaborative culture
We are seeking therapists confident in one or more of the following modalities:
- Remedial Massage
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Kahuna Massage
- Lymphatic Drainage
- Gua Sha Body Massage
- Relaxation / Swedish Massage
- Hot Stone Massage
- Reflexology (Foot / Hand)
- Pregnancy / Prenatal Massage
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- Minimum Certificate IV in Massage Therapy (Diploma preferred)
- Experience in a spa wellness or resort environment is an advantage
- Ability to adapt treatments to individual guest needs
- Strong communication and guestcare skills
- Availability across a range of shifts including weekends
- A genuine passion for holistic health and guest wellbeing
- Full Australian working rights
