Payer Relationship Leadership
- Serve as primary relationship lead for assigned health plan partners
- Run recurring client meetings performance reviews and executive updates
- Identify risks early and proactively protect partnership health
- Lead renewal readiness and contribute to strong contract outcomes
Revenue & Market Performance
- Own internal revenue and performance targets tied to your payer markets
- Monitor month-over-month trends and implement corrective strategies
- Drive member engagement and revenue-generating utilization initiatives
- Lead internal revenue maximization efforts across cross-functional teams
Strategic Analysis
- Analyze operational and program data to identify risks and growth opportunities
- Translate insights into clear actionable strategies
- Present data-driven recommendations to leadership and payer partners
- Drive measurable program improvements
Cross-Functional Execution
- Ensure all contractual obligations and reporting requirements are met
- Track deliverables milestones and compliance timelines
- Align operations product and leadership teams around market strategy
- Act as the internal strategic lead for your assigned markets

Qualifications :
Experience Were Looking For
- 57 years in Medicaid Managed Care population health value-based care or payer-funded programs
- 3 years of program or project ownership experience
- Direct experience working with Medicaid health plans preferred
- Startup or high-growth experience strongly valued
- Background in maternal health reproductive health or Medicaid policy is a plus
- Ability to work Eastern Standard Time
- Project or program management certification is a plus not required.

- Salary range: $80000 - $90000 annually depending on experience
