Minimum Requirements
Join Macsteel for a 12-month intensive internship within our Human Resource this position the successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to the HR department while gaining hands-on experience across various HR functions. This role is designed to develop foundational HR knowledge practical skills and an understanding of organisational HR processes.
Minimum Requirements
- BAdmin/ BCom / Diploma in Human Resources or Industrial Relations or Industrial Psychology.
- Availability and commitment to complete a full year (12 months) training.
- Ability to communicate in English - read write and speak.
- Age 20 - 28
- Computer literate Proficiency in MS Office.
- Problem Solving Skills
- Planning Skills
- Analytical Skills
- Organisational Skills
- Good time management
- Intern will receive a monthly stipend.
- Candidates are requested to send their CVs with the following attached:
1. ID
2. Diploma/ Degree Certificate
3. Proof of banking details from the Bank
