Server Full-time, Summer Season May to October

What you will be doing:

• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Order and settle bills to various payment media
• Follow restaurant policies procedures and service standards
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• Have full knowledge of all menu items garnishes contents and preparation methods
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Other duties as assigned
• Hourly rate starting from $20.21 to $23.10

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum two years recent (in the last five years) experience as a server in an a la carte dining setting in an upscale high volume restaurant OR combination of two (2) years as a Junior Server expeditor or equivalent AND one (1) year recent (in the last five years) experience as a 
• server in an a la carte dining setting in an upscale high volume restaurant
• Serving It Right and Food Safe certificates
• Basic knowledge of a POS system
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a busy environment
• A team player with proven success in relationship building
• A commitment to provide excellent service and exceeding expectations
• Completely fluent English language skills; both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
• Professional and impeccable grooming and presentation

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

• Constant standing and walking
• Frequent bending and kneeling
• Constant carrying and lifting up to 20lbs
• Frequent ascending or descending ladders stairs and ramps
