Job Summary
Under the direction of the Front of House Management Team Bottle Servers are responsible for delivering a high-energy VIP-level service experience. This role goes beyond traditional table serviceBottle Servers are expected to drive sales engage with guests and contribute to the upbeat party-style atmosphere that defines Open Aera.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create a fun engaging and memorable guest experience while maintaining professional and polished service
- Promote and sell bottle service and premium beverages with confidence and product knowledge
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor proactively checking in with guests and responding quickly to requests
- Ensure accuracy when entering orders into the POS system
- Monitor beverage quality presentation and table setup to meet brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section and service areas throughout the shift
- Follow all food safety alcohol service and venue policies at all times
- Be attentive to guest needs including special requests and allergies
- Complete opening closing and side duties efficiently and safely
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of serving or bottle service experience in a high-volume nightlife or lounge environment
- Smart Serve certification required
- Ability to work late-night shifts weekends and holidays based on business needs
- Strong sales ability and comfort working with high-value transactions
- Confident outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay composed and professional in loud crowded fast-paced settings
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and presentation
- Solid knowledge of spirits champagne and premium beverage service considered an asset
