Senior Consultant Business Transformation
The Opportunity
As a Senior Consultant in the Business Transformation team you will play a vital role in assisting organisations deliver successful outcomes for some of the worlds largest and most complex programs be it Government Reform Power and Utilities and Infrastructure Transformation.
This role is based in Ngambri (Canberra).
Your key responsibilities

- As a transformation professional youll help drive meaningful change on complex programs across sectors such as Government Reform Infrastructure and Power & Utilitiesdelivering successful outcomes for both clients and communities.

- Thrive in fast-paced ever-changing environments and enjoy working collaboratively to design and implement transformative solutions. You value innovation teamwork and delivering meaningful impact.
- Have hands-on experience across business transformation projects including strategy development operating models service and policy design customer experience and program delivery. Workshop facilitation and strong presentation skills are highly regarded.
Ideally youll also have the skills and attributes below but dont worry if you dont tick all the boxes. Were interested in your aptitude attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written across stakeholders within and outside the company
- Ability to build and maintain strong lasting relationships with all stakeholders involved
