Job Summary

This casual Trainer role sits within our National Training and Education Division a growing and highly regarded part of HCA - around 1 day/week.

Based in Albury/Wodonga you will deliver practical and theory-based training and assessments across areas such as manual handling basic life support medications for care workers infection control personal and dementia care and other healthcare programs.

Youll join an experienced and supportive team committed to delivering industry-relevant education. Trainers are provided with structured session plans strong resources and ongoing support. We offer flexible hours and regular work.

  • Are you a Registered Nurse looking for work in Education Training & Assessment
  • TAE40116 or 40122 highly desirable or relevant healthcare education experience
  • Casual Position available - approx 1 day/week - $68.50/hr (including casual loading)

 

Lets talk About you

Youre a AHPRA registered Nurse with current experience across acute aged care or disability support/NDIS.   Youd need to combine this with experience and passion for adult learning and student success and comfort utilising technology when delivering course virtually or face to face. 

Your application will stand out if you bring:

  • A current TAE40116 or 40122 OR experience in teaching courses such as Manual Handling Basic Life Support and medication administration for care workers (again desirable)

You will need to have a valid National Police Clearance & COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
