- Trains and assess new hires and tenured agents
- Ensures mastery and knowledge retention of associates through regular uptraining sessions
- Serves as lead during calibration sessions
- Works collaboratively with global colleagues in preparing training materials guides and assessments for existing and new services and projects
- Designs delivers and assess training for batches of various sizes
- Ensures that training materials and knowledge base (SOPEDIA) are up-to-date
- Supports the Team Leads with the introduction and management of quality improvement techniques
- Performs administrative tasks such as reports and timekeeping maintenance during new hire training
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by the OPMx
Qualifications :
- At least 3 years experience as a Trainer in a BPO set-up
- Excellent product knowledge and customer service orientation
- Strong drive to help colleagues improve their knowledge of the product and phone-handling skills
- Possess a curious nature and a passion for learning and improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Presentation skills experience
- Excellent attendance and behaviour
- Ability to build and promote a positive work culture
- Highly flexible in terms of schedule and workload
