- Update and maintain spreadsheets forms and basic records
- Support preparation for events and trips (materials sign-ins reminders logistics)
- Organize and maintain digital files and online folders; scan and upload documents as needed
- Collect and process student thank-you notes for donor distribution
- Support general recordkeeping and program documentation
- Assist with special projects as assigned
