Description
Russell Landscape is hiring motivated Crew Members and Crew Leaders to maintain commercial and government properties.
Must be a U.S. citizen (government requirement). We are willing to train the right candidates.
What Youll Do
- Perform landscape maintenance: mowing trimming edging mulching planting pruning
- Operate landscape equipment safely and efficiently
- Keep job sites clean safe and professional
- Load/unload equipment and assist with enhancement projects
ALL CREWS MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK FOR THESE PROPERTIES!!!
Crew Leaders: Supervise crews ensure quality standards and train team members.
What You Bring
- Crew Members: 2 years of commercial landscape experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Crew Leaders: 3 years of commercial landscape experience with leadership experience preferred
- Ability to operate mowers blowers trimmers and other landscape equipment
- Strong work ethic attention to detail and reliability
- Team-first attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid drivers license (REQUIRED for Crew Leader position)
- Must be a U.S. citizen
