| Job Description: | Key Responsibilities: Mandatory Training will be the week of May 18th Must be available during at least one of these summer 4-H events: - iLEAD June 5-7 2026
- 4-H Legislature June 21-26 2026
- 4-H University July 26-30 2026
- Supervise and maintain order in sleeping areas during assigned shifts
- Ensure the safety and well-being of participants by conducting routine checks
- Respond to any disturbances emergencies or requests for assistance
- Involving 4-H AIC and event coordinators as needed
- Including Medic as needed
- Communicate effectively with event staff volunteers and participants
- Report any safety concerns or incidents to the event leader or security team
- Adhere to curfews and enforce quiet hours
- Monitor entry points and check-in areas to ensure security protocols are followed
- Ensure compliance with event rules including curfews and no-interruption policies
- Assist youth participants with any questions or needs that arise overnight
