Job Description:Infra Support Engineer

Responsibilities - You take responsibilities and act as service manager for major endpoint related services such as Windows Endpoint Endpoint Security or Virtual Desktop Environment. - You develop solutions to optimize our endpoint fleet - You participate in projects and act as SMEs for several workplace related topics - You patch level for our laptops - You create software packages and deliver them to our users - You identify and drive vulnerability management initiatives to keep our endpoint fleet secure - You identify and drive hygiene tasks to maintain a lean endpoint environment

Mandatory Skill Sets:

At least 3-4 years experience working in endpoint management with focus on Windows and iOS endpoints. - At least 2-3 years experience on Microsoft Intune (MEM) or similar modern endpoint management platforms. - At least 3 years experience in IT Service Management managing complex services in a multinational enterprise environment - Have 2 years experience working with PowerShell - Have 2 year experience with Microsoft 365 Cloud PC environment or similar - Have 2 year experience with working in Microsoft Entra Directory (Azure Active Directory)

Preferred skill Sets:

You have experience managing a Microsoft 365 Platform

2-4 years

Educational qualifications (incl. certificates) - Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) - Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) - Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) - PowerShell training - ITILv4 Foundation
