Job Summary

A manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record in driving revenue managing client accounts and closing sales opportunities. The ideal candidate has strong relationship-building skills understands the full sales process and can contribute to achieving the companys sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets

  • Maintain and grow relationships with clients

  • Conduct client meetings presentations and negotiations to close deals

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale support

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities

  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

  • Attend industry events trade shows and networking functions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in a sales role

  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Own reliable car and valid drivers licence

  • Tertiary qualification in business marketing or a related field (preferred)
