NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking needs to add a Community Development Supervisor Valley of the Temples in Kaneohe HI. Our sales teams redefine the way families honor their loved ones. We dont just sell; we guide inspire and innovate. We prioritize financially stable roles ensuring individual efforts are rewarded and recognized. Our Sales teams are go-getters; we lead the industry with personalized options for families to honor their loved ones.

What Were Looking For:

Leadership and Empathy are at the core of our mission. We are seeking a leader with a proven ability to build consultative professional outside sales teams with backgrounds in real estate mortgages hospitality financial planning or insurance. Our Community Development Supervisor will:

Responsibilities

  • Recruit high potential sales candidates
  • Hire people to join our professional sales organization
  • Train team members on our product systems and processes
  • Motivate your team daily to serve members of our community
  • Other duties include hosting Preplanning Seminars conducting in-home or on-location preneed sales presentations and prospecting for new clients.
  • Manage direct and assist in the initial and continuing training and performance management of assigned sales advisors
  • Conduct daily team meetings to review new sales and provide coaching for any development concerns that may arise
  • Ensure daily prospecting occurs and that each sales advisor schedules the minimum number of pre-need sales presentations per week
  • Observe each sales advisors pre-need and at-need referral presentation and assist in the perfection of such presentation
  • Keep thorough records of leads referrals closing ratios and after-service follow-up results
  • Report to the sales manager daily for direction setting and unit status report

Qualifications

  • 4 or more years of solid sales experience
  • Experience closing and securing the sale
  • At least one year of experience in a leadership role
  • Effective communication skills
  • Va drivers license with a clean driving record (included in background)
  • Pre-employment background check
