As the Production Manager you are the senior technician on the van leading field execution setting the pace and standard on site and ensuring the job is done safely correctly and professionally. You will coordinate documentation and help guide less-experienced technicians.
Key Responsibilities
Lead on-site restoration work across water mitigation mold remediation support fire/smoke cleaning support demo and contents handling
Run daily job-site execution: safety scope adherence equipment setup/monitoring and quality control
Take/verify job documentation (photos moisture readings notes measurements as required)
Communicate professionally with homeowners property managers and internal team members
Help train and direct Technician Assistants on job tasks PPE and jobsite standards
Maintain van organization equipment care and professional job site conduct
Qualifications
Prior restoration experience is required (water/mold/fire)
Comfortable leading a jobsite and supporting junior technicians
Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
Customer-facing professionalism and calm demeanor under pressure
Certifications are a plus (we will not limit you to specific cert names; we want your full scope)
Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record (you may drive company vehicles)
Willing to complete a background check upon a conditional offer
Ability to handle physical work (lifting demo equipment movement PPE use)
