Job Summary

About the Role
As an Application Analyst at see-u youll play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects system enhancements and the HAMBS Target State Transformation within the QLD Technology Team. Working closely with the Manager of Applications & Digital Services youll help coordinate project activities implement application changes and maintain documentation that supports both endusers and the broader technology function.

In this role you will:

  • Provide daily administrative and coordination support to the Manager of Applications & Digital Services.
  • Assist in maintaining project plans schedules timelines and tracking progress against deliverables.
  • Implement application changes aligned to business requirements enhancements and HAMBS Transformation outcomes.
  • Create and maintain user guides training materials technical specifications and other documentation.
  • Support uplift of team capability and enduser selfservice providing guidance to peers as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with HBF QCHF and seeu standards while maintaining auditready documentation and raising risks appropriately.

This position is based in Brisbane QLD on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

About You
You are a proactive and detail-oriented team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys supporting technology-driven initiatives. With strong analytical and communication skills youre able to manage competing priorities while contributing to improved processes documentation and enduser outcomes. You bring a commitment to quality learning and positive engagement with stakeholders at all levels. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organisation attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

Ideally you will have:

  • Familiarity with HAMBS and Digital Services.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence is desirable.
  • Strong analytical thinking problem solving and clear communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and contribute positively in a highly collaborative team environment.
  • Experience producing process documentation manuals or similar artefacts.
