We require a capable Business Analyst for a short-term engagement supporting the early phases of a legacy system replacement project within a scientific and operational environment. The role focuses on understanding current-state processes identifying issues with the existing system and documenting highlevel business requirements to help guide the selection of a future solution.
You will work with subject matter experts operational teams and ICT stakeholders to run workshops map processes gather requirements and produce highquality documentation using established templates and standards. This position suits someone who is organised clear in their communication and comfortable working across multiple stakeholder groups. Onsite collaboration is required for portions of the engagement alongside flexible work arrangements.
Qualifications :
- Significant experience as a Business Analyst (ideally at SFIA Level 5).
- Strong skills in eliciting analysing and documenting business requirements.
- Experience completing currentstate process mapping and workflow documentation.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation capabilities.
- Ability to produce highquality documentation aligned with organisational standards.
- Background in ICT project environments with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in the health sector or scientific/laboratory settings is preferred.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working within a timeboxed engagement and delivering to agreed milestones.
- Ability to work primarily onsite (minimum three days per week) with flexibility available.
