Job Summary

Midwest Heart and Vascular is seeking an advanced practice provider to work at our Independence Missouri location.

Qualified Candidates:

Join a team of three other APPs

Ideal candidate will have cardiologyexperience-heart failure specifically would be ideal

Support physician in the inpatient care units

Will conduct post-hospital visits specific to heart failure and post clinic visits.

Mastersof Science in Nursing required ability to obtain Missouri licensure
