Job Summary

The Opportunity

The UK Sports Institute and have an exciting opportunity for a part time Senior SportsPsychologist to work at the Performance Rehabilitation Unit at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre.

Working Pattern: This role is 2 days per week one of which is set to a Monday

A snapshot of the role

We are seeking an exceptional practitioner to lead the delivery and continued development of psychological support and strategy within our Performance Rehabilitation service.

This pivotal role will shape and drive best-in-class psychological provision playing a critical part in athletes return-to-training and return-to-performance journeys. You will work with World Class Programme (WCP) athletes and those accessing the Intensive Rehabilitation Unit (IRU) through the BOA Gold Pass pathway ensuring they receive world-leading psychological care throughout rehabilitation.

As a key member of an integrated multi-disciplinary team you will help evolve a truly world-class performance rehabilitation environment. The successful candidate will embed evidence-based psychological principles into athlete management influence service design and contribute strategically to the continued advancement of performance rehabilitation delivery.
