Requirement: Previous experience in an educational setting is highly desirable.
Policy Management: Maintaining and updating school policies and the staff handbook ensuring they are accessible and compliant with current legislation.
Student Admissions: Managing the mid-year admissions process and the transition data for the new Year 7 intake.
Stakeholder Relations: Acting as the primary point of contact for external partners including the Local Authority and catering/cleaning contractors.
First Aid Leadership: Coordinating the schools first aid rota and ensuring all medical supplies and training are up to date.
