Job Summary
Bloemfontein Area Free State: As the Farm Manager you will be responsible for turning our continuous Vegetable Production and Marketing Plan into reality. You will oversee all farm operations across four distinct production zones (shade-net drip irrigation and sprinkler-based camps)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
PERSONAL ATTIRIBUTES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
- Diploma or degree in Agriculture Management Horticulture Agronomy or
- related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Marketing courses will be preferable
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in vegetable production preferably in open field
- and protected agriculture.
- Strong practical knowledge of irrigation systems (drip and overhead) soil health
- and IPM (Integrated Pest Management).
- Experience with planting schedules crop rotation and harvest planning.
- Ability to interpret weather data and adapt farm activities accordingly.
- Basic mechanical skills for maintenance of farm infrastructure.
- Proficiency in record-keeping and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Valid drivers license.
