Job Summary
Location: Monterrey Nuevo León Mexico (Hybrid candidates must reside in Monterrey or the metropolitan area)
Language requirement: Fluent English (conversational and written)
About the Role
The IT Support is responsible for managing and supporting day-to-day operations of NOVs digital collaboration tools including Microsoft 365 DocuSign and ChatGPT Enterprise.
This role ensures reliable service delivery user support and compliance with security and governance standards while working closely with global IT teams to improve the end-user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online Teams OneDrive) and assist with configuration access and troubleshooting.
Manage DocuSign user accounts roles permissions templates and transaction workflows.
Provision and support users in ChatGPT Enterprise; monitor activity and escalate issues as needed.
Respond to Tier 1- 2 incidents execute service requests and escalate advanced issues to global support teams.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes including access provisioning and license management.
Monitor dashboards and alerts for service health usage analytics and compliance.
Maintain accurate documentation for standard operating procedures and user guides.
Qualifications
M365 Administration experience (Mandatory)
Associates degree in IT Computer Science or related field (Bachelors preferred).
2 years of experience in IT operations or helpdesk with at least 1 year supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin Center Exchange Online and Teams configuration.
Basic understanding of Azure Active Directory and PowerShell scripting.
Experience with DocuSign administration preferred.
Exposure to SaaS platforms including generative AI tools (ChatGPT Enterprise is a plus).
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
English fluency required to interact with international teams.
