The Mair Agency is growing and we are looking for a motivated professional to join our team in a dual-role position that blends administrative with client support and insurance sales. This is more than just a job its a long-term career opportunity in a stable and rewarding industry.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Answering phones and serving as a professional first point of contact

  • Assisting both current and new clients with their insurance needs

  • Selling Health and Medicare insurance products

  • Supporting daily office operations

  • Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by management

Who Were Looking For:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Team-oriented with a willingness to jump in where needed

Active Health Insurance License preferred but we are willing to sponsor the right candidate to obtain their license while employed.
