Title: Admin Assist (HR/Payroll)
Location: Deerfield IL (On-site 5 days a week to begin -will move to hybrid once they are up to speed)
Duration: 6 Months

2. Organization skills
3. Confidentiality
4. Ability to work independently
Nice to Have Skills: Background in HR/Payroll business experience
Essential Functions
Assist with pre- and post-payroll auditing/reconciling procedures and troubleshoot anomalies.
Generate and distribute standard and ad hoc payroll reports as required for partner teams.
Process Daily Department Mail
Assist with completing employment verifications
Assist with the collection and record-keeping of overpayments
Assist with Historical Correction data entry for time tracking
Unemployment management
Occupational Statistics reporting
Assist with Monthly Tax & Garnishment Reconciliation and
Assist with Payroll Accrual reporting
Monitor and respond to inquiries sent to the shared Payroll inbox and partner ticketing management system
Education: Bachelors degree not required could be a student even
Experience
General Payroll-related experience
Strong organization skills and Microsoft Office
1-2 years of experience in a professional setting
Prior HCM system navigational knowledge
Workday knowledge preferred but not required
Interview process: (Teams/Onsite Length Rounds Team involved)- 2 rounds of interviews - both can be done remotely.
