Tasks
Execution KPIs (this is a ops -heavy role):
- Run the recruiting funnel end-to-end with clear throughput goals: job postings sourcing/outreach screening calls structured assessments coordination. You work with quarterly targets and a solid cadence.
- Own a clean funnel and weekly reporting: source performance conversion rates time-to-hire and drop-off reasons.
- Run a close the loop process: Reduce time-to-next-step increase interview-to-offer conversion and improve candidate experience through fast follow-ups and tight process.
- Weekly cadence: Weekly hiring sync: pipeline review bottlenecks actions and targets for the next week.
- Own day-to-day people operations: Onboarding trainings benefits initiatives with a bias for action.
- Work with clean and data driven systems: Build and maintain dashboards**.** Suggest and improve workflow automations.
- Ops for People: Maintain documentation and data hygiene on HRIS shared drives and notion.
Requirements
Youre not just interested in operations; you want to get things done.
- Available for at least 6 months (ideally longer).
- Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1).
- Passionate about the start-up ecosystem with a genuine hunger to learn grow and build a massive ops-heavy company.
- Comfortable with an on-site set-up.
