Strategy & ChangeBMO Bank N.A. seeks Senior Specialist-IC Agile Delivery Management in San Ramon CA to lead assigned IT projects from project initiation to implementation to achieve desired business results. Ensure that a successful business outcome is the prime measure of project success including delivering projects on time within budget within quality standards and to the satisfaction of the project sponsor. Mitigate execution risk to achieve the desired business outcomes. Facilitate communication with other program/project managers and stakeholders efficiently and effectively. Influence and negotiate to achieve business objectives and assist in the development of strategic plans. Identify emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making. Act as the prime subject matter expert for internal/external stakeholders. Manage and validate financial forecasts and conduct ongoing reconciliation. Monitor and track performance and addresses any issues. Design and produce dashboards and regular and ad-hoc reports. Share change management plans with stakeholders and consistently measure project effectiveness and adoption. Direct complex initiatives typically involving multiple business units. Negotiate complex contracts with external vendors in consultation with strategic sourcing to ensure receipt of specific resources and materials. Manage overall project budget. Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle including business operational and technology deliverables. Execute project requirements in governance frameworks focused on risk appetite regulatory and compliance standards. Develop all related project management artifacts while complying with applicable enterprise standards.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Management Computer Information Systems Computer Engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus seven (7) years of experience as an IT Project Manager or related occupation managing and leading IT projects from initiation to implementation to achieve desired business results in the retail banking industry. Specific skills/other requirements - Experience must include (quantitative experience not applicable to this section): Enhancing online platforms for retail banking including deposits and lending functionality; Defining technology strategy and improvements for multi-million-dollar online banking programs including anti-fraud mechanisms; Managing project portfolios tracking resources estimating cost forecasting tracking issues/risks updating status dashboards and ensuring project alignment with company tools; Managing projects utilizing Agile methodologies including required ceremonies; Utilizing Confluence for program documentation knowledge sharing and project collaboration across teams; Utilizing JIRA to perform Agile project tracking sprint planning and backlog management to streamline workflows; and utilizing MURAL to facilitate collaboration for program road mapping project planning strategy brainstorming and retrospective and process mapping. Hybrid position - 1-2 days in office per week.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location skills experience education and qualifications for the role and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.
