Position Overview

We are currently seeking compassionate reliable and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in the Duluth MN area. This role offers both full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time (up to 30 hours/week) opportunities with flexible scheduling and ongoing training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities including personal care household tasks and meal preparation.

• Assist with budgeting medication administration and goal achievement.

• Transport and accompany individuals to community outings recreational events and faith-based activities. (Company vehicles provided.)

• Ensure a safe supportive environment while implementing behavior support strategies.

• Foster independence self-esteem and community inclusion in all activities.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid drivers license

• Ability to pass a Department of Human Services (DHS) background check

Preferred:

• Previous experience or training in supporting individuals with autism or intellectual/developmental disabilities (not required comprehensive training is provided)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Passion for helping others and making a positive impact

Compensation

• Level I DSP:

  • Weekday Rate: $18.00/hour

  • Weekend Rate: $19.00/hour

Shifts Available

• Weekday Shifts: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM 10:00 PM

• Weekend Shifts: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
  Note: All staff are required to work one shift every other weekend.
