Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans

Drive full-cycle talent management including workforce planning recruitment onboarding succession planning and retention

Oversee and optimise the recently implemented ATS ensuring adoption process efficiency and data accuracy

Lead the rollout management and continuous improvement of the new Compensation & Benefits framework
-
Own and embed the online performance management system ensuring alignment to KPIs performance reviews and development plans
-
Provide strategic HR analytics and insights to support executive decision-making
-
Ensure compliance with local labour laws regulations and HR best practices in Cameroon
-
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organisational design change management and people strategy
-
Build a strong HR team capability fostering a high-performance and data-driven HR function
-
Drive HR digital transformation and continuous process improvement across all HR systems
Qualifications
-
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Industrial Psychology Business Administration or a related field
-
Masters degree or professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM CIPD HRCI) is highly advantageous
-
Minimum of 8 10 years progressive HR experience with at least 3 5 years in a senior or Head of HR role
-
Proven experience implementing or leading the rollout of an ATS system
-
Demonstrated experience managing Compensation & Benefits frameworks and performance management systems
-
Strong understanding of labour legislation and HR compliance within African markets (Cameroon experience preferred)

Highly tech-savvy with strong exposure to HR systems digital tools and HR analytics

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate HR data into business insights
-
Strategic thinker with excellent execution capability
