Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans
  • Drive full-cycle talent management including workforce planning recruitment onboarding succession planning and retention
  • Oversee and optimise the recently implemented ATS ensuring adoption process efficiency and data accuracy
  • Lead the rollout management and continuous improvement of the new Compensation & Benefits framework
  • Own and embed the online performance management system ensuring alignment to KPIs performance reviews and development plans
  • Provide strategic HR analytics and insights to support executive decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws regulations and HR best practices in Cameroon
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organisational design change management and people strategy
  • Build a strong HR team capability fostering a high-performance and data-driven HR function
  • Drive HR digital transformation and continuous process improvement across all HR systems
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Industrial Psychology Business Administration or a related field
  • Masters degree or professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM CIPD HRCI) is highly advantageous
  • Minimum of 8 10 years progressive HR experience with at least 3 5 years in a senior or Head of HR role
  • Proven experience implementing or leading the rollout of an ATS system
  • Demonstrated experience managing Compensation & Benefits frameworks and performance management systems
  • Strong understanding of labour legislation and HR compliance within African markets (Cameroon experience preferred)
