Job Description

Senior Generative AI Engineer

12 months hybrid onsite 3 days onsite 2 days remote

Locations: West Des Moines IA; Charlotte NC; Dallas TX

Requirements:

10 years of software development and architecture experience
2 years of hands-on Experience with GenAI Development Tools like GitHub CoPilot/Coding Agent Claude Gemini Code Assist Devin.

Strong Java skills required.

Strong Python experience
MUST HAVE - Java/UI (typescript vue react angular or javascript)

Nice to have:

1 years of experience with AI Agent and MCP Server development is a plus

Day to Day

Enable GenAI capabilities for the Wells Fargo enterprise Development community.
Identify GenAI tools evaluate productionize the tool.
Explore and integrate AI technologies (Agents MCP Servers)
Build and support internal tools and applications
Implement modern engineering practices including automated testing and release strategies.
