Roofing Foreman to lead our crews and ensure projects are completed safely efficiently and to the highest standards of quality. Proven experienced persons only need apply. Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct roofing crews on residential and commercial projects
Ensure all work meets company standards building codes and safety requirements
Coordinate daily tasks materials and schedules with project managers
Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and productivity
Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Qualifications:

Proven roofing experience with shingles metal cedar synthetic and low-slope roofing.
Prior leadership and foreman experience
Strong knowledge of roofing safety practices and installation techniques
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
Reliable detail-oriented and able to problem-solve on site
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
