The Role
Were hiring 5 Sales Development Representatives focused on vehicle acquisition. Your job is simple: find people looking to sell their vehicles and get them to SVG Motors. Youll be on the phones daily reaching out to private sellers following proven scripts and driving a pipeline of inventory opportunities that fuel our entire operation.
This is not a sit-back-and-wait role. You are the tip of the spear.
What Youll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to private sellers in the local market
- Follow structured scripts and call frameworks (youll be trained and tested on these)
- Create short video messages to engage sellers and build trust
- Set and confirm appointments for vehicle appraisals
- Track your activity and results daily youll know your numbers and own youll own them
- Collaborate with our acquisition and management teams to keep the pipeline full

Compensation
- $25/hour base pay (40 hrs/week)
- Activity-Based Bonuses rewarding the daily habits that drive results (calls made contacts reached videos sent)
- Performance Bonuses tied to appointments set vehicles acquired and overall production
