Job Title: Business Analyst (Credit Card Domain)

Location: Columbus OH / Wilmington DE (Onsite)

Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in BA or a relevant domain area Credit Card domain is must!!
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle including discovery and requirements definition
Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
Must have the ability to easily assimilate information and learn new applications and processes
Product Development Skills- Minimum Viable Product (MVP) design- Wireframing & prototyping (Figma Miro etc.)- Product lifecycle management
Product Analyst Skills- Product analytics (KPIs funnel analysis churn adoption)- Experimentation & A/B testing- Customer journey mapping & persona analysis
Focus on metrics and reporting skills
Must have experience with JIRA set up and basic support
Agility lead type skill needed as well as basic project mgt
Experience with AGILE product development; Advanced knowledge of using tools like Confluence and JIRA
Expertise in business requirements writing and communication
Must have a solid ability to analyze complex system requirements and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven track record of delivery and new product feature creation
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
